Dr. Dan Eddington, Director of MIssions

Dr. Dan Eddington serves as Director of Missions at Three Rivers Baptist Association. He and his wife, Debbie, came to Three Rivers Baptist Association in 2005. Dr. Eddington graduated with his master’s of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri in 1991. His Doctor of Ministry degree was bestowed upon him from the Canadian Baptist Seminary on behalf of Midwestern Seminary in 1997.

Dan’s long-term passion is church starting and church health. Dr. Eddington has planted churches in Iowa, Canada, and Nevada. He has many years of experience as senior pastor of church planting churches in the Midwest, Canada and Nevada. He is also a trained church health consultant. Dr. Eddington currently is serving on the Send Chicago Coalition which is a part of the North American Mission Board’s “Send North America” Church Planting strategy.

Kathy Schultz, Administrative Assistant

      Kathy has been with Three Rivers Baptist Association since 2007. She is the wife of Pastor
      Ken Schultz of Crosswinds Church in Plainfield.  Ken and Kathy and five other families   
      planted Crosswinds in 2005. Kathy is a Life Group leader and involved in other roles
      present and past in the church.
